Job Description Senior Principal / Program Manager – Management Consultant- Banking, We are looking for consulting business leaders who can play anchor roles in our sector industry practices and manage practice goals. S/he should have experience in leading and motivating a high performing team of consultants through many strategic large transformational consulting projects independently. Smart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated, high energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for the banking & financial services industry practice. Our consultants will have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in banking, financial services, strong business consulting skills, strong analytical mindset and excellent soft skills.What do we require? The candidate is expected to manage, drive and own relationship with some of our biggest clients and the business for a portfolio of services. The individual will be responsible for working with onshore/offshore engagement teams and supporting programs across the globe. The successful candidate shall possess:Overall experience of 13-16 years, with at-least 10+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA in Banking / Financial Services. Hands-on industry experience working with banks on transformation projects Past experience in Management consulting preferably with Big 4 firms and/or other leading global Technology Consulting equivalent firms Experience in leading Technology enabled Transformation consulting projects and also advisory projects for banking clients e.g. Business strategy, operational excellence, performance benchmarking & improvement, customer experience and Omni channel design, IT transformation, Cost optimization, Digital strategy, Change Management .Experience of developing and growing consulting practice through business development, thought leadership, excellent client delivery and firm building initiatives around IPs and talent developmentA local resident of the hiring location with proficiency in local spoken language/s and majority of consulting experience in the same countryPMP./ Certified Scrum Project Owner / Agile coach certified with full PMP experience with competency in designing, mobilizing, managing and driving delivery execution of programme activities owning critical client relationships with a view to achieving client satisfaction, revenue and profitability targets. Operated as a Value Realization professional which involves performing current state analysis of business processes, building to be Target Operation Models and business case creation thru ROI analysis of the proposed solutions aligned to complexity, cost and business criticality. Expert in supporting multiple and complex programmes across work-streams, setting priorities, managing and monitoring schedules, developing relevant tools and templates, communication frameworks and in engaging key internal, external stakeholders and subject matter experts. Expert in driving service delivery using best in class practices and methodologies, with various operating models, systems, processes and policies and experience of working on Agile and SDLC frameworks.Experience in agile methodologies , have led product owner and Scrum owner role, SAFe projects and helping build Agile Ways of working transformation programs for client IT organizations .Should have sound experience in promoting new and existing products and services to actively identify opportunities for growth and work closely with different stakeholders in a highly demanding and result oriented environment.Proficient in Microsoft Project, Power-point, Excel and PM Tools like Jira, Clarizen, Clarity, Change-point, Planview etc. and PMP/ACP/CSM certified. Have excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management skills and strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space, preferably in digital channels Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels and processes and exposure to global best practices, and trends desired.Flexible and comfortable with global delivery model which involve working with multiple teams in different geographies. Experience of working on on-site/ off-site delivery model needing constant conversation on daily basis to drive project milestones and should be able to hold interactions with product, technical and functional teamsEstablished CXO connects with large clients - strong ability to build and manage client relations with large focus on driving salesBanking: Digital Banking, Retail banking, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury , CRM & Loyalty, Channels, Treasury , Credit Risk and AML & Fraud analytics .Should have sound experience in identifying and promoting new and existing products and services and in actively mining opportunities for growth and work closely with different stakeholders in a highly demanding and result oriented environment.Have excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management skills and strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space, preferably in digital channels across Banking & Financial Services verticals.
