What you’ll be doing: As part of the EMEA Client Success department, you will be a key player in leading the agency's internal and client communications output. We are reshaping our client and internal communications strategy to increase engagement. Many of the building blocks for this are in place, however, the job is by no means complete. This is an opportunity to help continue to shape the agency of the future. You'll play your part by leading the development of outbound client communications – whether in the form of pitch materials, events, marketing materials or other client engagement initiatives. The Account Based Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of effective Account Based Marketing programs that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top target account list, and accelerating existing opportunities. The role will also support strong partnership with key stakeholders across WT globally. Lead development of the Account Based Marketing strategy and execution planning, encompassing our multiple ABM tools. Collaborate and partner with core marketing functions on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing and creative development to ensure effectiveness for regional named accounts. Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions. Helping to bring in the best talent within the industry is key, you will therefore work closely with the talent team to develop collateral to help them facilitate their ongoing conversations. We are looking to develop events focused on initiatives or proprietary thought leadership. You will be expected to own the end-to-end delivery of the events ensuring we have strategies and content to engage both new business and clients. You will be expected to manage all associated admin from keeping databases up-to-date through to ensuring all communications collateral is up-to-date. You will be a guardian of the Wunderman Thompson brand, ensuring it reflects the agencies values as well as aligning to our global brand positioning. You will be expected to own all areas of the brand from both an external perspective as well as internal – working closely with all departments and our global marketing team. This will include all agency collateral; stationery, templates, internal signage, brand books to deliver on our brand promise as well as adhoc marketing initiatives and campaigns: you will need to lead, own and develop the end-to-end process. Who you are: Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple projects. Proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience. An excellent copywriter, who can adapt their style to different tones of voice. Knowledge of all agency operational areas; including strategy, data, production, media; etc. Superior verbal and written presentation skills in PPT. Effective partnering skills across a wide range of primary stakeholders. Advanced negotiation, communication and organisational skills. Solid attention to detail and facility with numbers. A SME who voices their ideas while respecting that of others. A passion for technology and innovation. Be diligent, organised and detail focused.
