TVF PLC is an award winning media and leisure group seeking an exceptional graduate to join our team as a Business and Finance Analyst. This position suits a candidate who is interested in finance and management consultancy and who would thrive in a rapidly expanding head office based in the heart of London.

As part of the Central Operations team, you will be working across a diverse and challenging range of companies. The TVF group includes TVF International, the world’s leading independent supplier of documentary content, IAI which has been described as Europe’s answer to TED, TVF Communications, a medical communications agency with clients across the Pharma sector, and Quarter which combines hotels, bars, restaurants, work spaces and events.

One area of the Group which has grown significantly in recent years is the HowTheLightGetsIn Festival (part of IAI), the world’s largest philosophy and music festival. The successful candidate would also gain detailed exposure to this new and exciting area.

After a rigorous 3 month training period covering the core elements of finance and business systems management across our divisions, the successful candidate will work within the Group’s finance department with regular contact with Division Heads as well as the CEO and Financial Director of the Group. You will gain the skills and experience required to produce and analyze performance data, before recommending and implementing change to improve company processes and systems. You will learn what it takes to run a number of successful businesses in the digital age, as well as enjoy the opportunity to contribute to company-wide systemic change.

This is a demanding, fast-paced and highly rewarding role. Candidates must be able to learn exceptionally fast and must have a 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a numerate discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable but not essential as long as you can demonstrate aptitude and the ability to learn. The successful candidate will be very commercially-minded and looking for a rapidly advancing career.
