This person must be passionate about ensuring children achieve their full potential and recognising the significance of the role they play in this. A commitment to ongoing continuing personal and professional development is a must, as is continuously displaying the highest of professional standards.The initial roles will be as a Class Teacher within Key Stage 2 with a September start. The successful candidates should expect to be flexible with this over the coming years to aid in their own professional development and to support our school in improving further.The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate some track record of excellent teaching. We define excellent teaching as consistently good (or better). Communication with parents and professionals is a major part of a class teacher’s life at Fell Dyke: excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a high level of personal confidence are expected. This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers and more experienced teachers who would be currently within the M1 – M6 scale.
