This is an exciting opportunity for a Trading Manager to join our consumer division, supporting our community of ISPs and managing relationships to ensure their commercial success, ranging from initial onboarding through to successful in life operation and agreed bi-lateral governance. You’ll also be focussed on driving take up and penetration performance, including success within committed cities leveraging all our internal resources and ISP partner resources. Leading to the ‘Go to Market’ strategy engagement with our Consumer ISPs. Coordinating with PR, Marketing, PMO, Network and Sales functions Working with our internal teams to ensure all consumer specific contractual obligations are achieved Collaborating with the ISP to ensure sales targets and MVCs are exceeded and reporting on these FILL KPI’s WHAT WILL YOU BRING? This role would really suit a dynamic, engaging and relationship focussed commercial professional who has experience working with or for Consumer ISPs, and has a good understanding of their business operationally, technically and commercially as well as any key drivers. You’ll have a passion for technology, and the focus and ambition to really drive continuous improvement, maintaining KPIs and performance. You’ll also have: Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships, collaborating with key stakeholders Experience coordinating different functions to achieve a desired result Account management experience with a sales element involved Understanding of how ISPs work Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions to drive change OUR CULTURE The CityFibre Way is how we think, act and work.
