In this role, you will be responsible for client satisfaction scores and highlighting commercial opportunities for cross-Dentsu growth within your client list.Key Accountabilities:Client FocusOwns relationships with mid-level clients on a day to day basis, deepening the client relationship to ensure retention and growth, and guarantee satisfactionTranslates agency strategy into innovative, executional business plans for own client/s that deliver business value Planning FocusBrief and manage internal teams to deliver on client requirements across the whole businessDefine the role of media across channels in line with the strategic plan ensuring consistency of planning processWork closely with external agencies (Creative, PR, Content etc) to drive better integration and results for clientPeople FocusLine management of Client Planning Account Managers dependant on team structureInsight & Data Led ThinkingShowcase iProspect’s planning expertise across the industry, through thought leadership pieces.Identify business development opportunities (current & new clients) – use knowledge of Dentsu products and services to influence and contribute to innovative, ambitious and value driven solutionsMaintain an awareness of client competitor digital activity and market trends to aid informed recommendations to campaign planningProfessional SkillsConfident presenterMulti-channel planning experience with a depth of digital knowledgeBroad knowledge of digital channels across PPC, SEO, Content, Display, SocialConfident in managing senior level clients and key stakeholders and initiating strategic conversationsAbility to find and derive consumer and category insight from available planning tools e.g. Mintel, Statista, YouGov, CCSKey Experiences (Desirable)5+ years of experience of developing and nurturing client relationships5+ years of experience of leading planning across channels; digital performance planning a bonusPractitioner experience in at least one performance media channelYou will be familiar with ad technology, planning tools, and channel nuancesExperienced in people managementWhat you’ll get from usDentsu is a fantastic place to work with many great benefits on offer including 25 days’ annual holiday, Pension, Cycle to Work Scheme, and get your Birthday day off!Not only is it an incredibly fun place to work but as part of a multinational organisation there are many opportunities to advance your career within the wider business once you have proven yourself.About Dentsu Dentsu is headquartered in London and operates in 145 countries worldwide with more than 45,000 dedicated specialists.
