This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn a variety of nursing skills in a supported environment. We are looking for newly qualified and experienced staff to join the team.The Surgical Division consists of wards specialising in Trauma and Orthopaedics, Urology, Breast, General Surgery and Maxillo-Facial Surgery. We also have 2 fast pace Surgical Assessment Wards that accept patients directly from the Emergency Department, and these areas provide all our surgical patients with a full initial assessment before admission to the inpatient areas.Our team at North Manchester appreciate that you will have lots of commitments in your home life and that finding a job to fit around that can sometimes be a challenge. We are keen to ensure our workforce is supported as much as possible, and that our people feel valued so that staff and patient experience is positive. Therefore we will work with you to create a roster that can be adapted to suit your needs.Our commitment to you• If you’re a newly qualified nurse, your preceptorship will be supported and run alongside this programme.• Support and chance to grow and develop your skills. If you are already a registered nurse any current training or development you are involved in will naturally be honoured.
