PPA Teacher Full-time teaching positionPPA Cover across KS1 & KS2January 2021 startPrimary School in BurnleyCompetitive rate £95-£125 per day A primary school in Burnley are looking for an additional PPA teacher to work across the Key Stage 1 and 2 classes. They are looking for a primary practitioner who is happy to teach across all year groups with consistent behaviour management. You would be teaching foundation subjects including Art, Geography, History, PE and R.E. With the PPA role, you would receive the long-term planning prior to starting in January. As this is an additional role, the successful applicant will be needed a few weeks after the Easter break (ideally Monday 26th April 2021). The school are looking for the individual to initially cover until July 2021, however there may be a need for this role until December 2021. They have said ideally, they are looking for someone to work 5 days a week however would consider offering the role on a part-time basis for the right candidate.Whilst you cover PPA in the classrooms there is a teaching assistant who is familiar with the class and the daily routines. Being familiar with the EYFS Framework, Key Stage 1 and 2 National Curriculum is essential. This teaching position offers candidates the scope to develop their career and gain further experience working across all year groups. The school are interested to meet with both NQTs and experienced teachers for this role.Teaching Personnel are recruiting across the East Lancashire area and require teachers for both part-time and full-time positions.
