Our successful Sales Executives are target driven but still really care about our customers which is key. These roles would suit individuals who want a stable career and who strive to be the best. Experience within a sales through service environment is highly beneficial. Our Sales Advisors and Executives receive inbound service calls from our customers who are experiencing issues with their appliances, give amazing service and up sell added value service products. Our Sales Advisors and Executives have the opportunity to earn a brilliant achievable bonus through maintaining excellent customer service and selling our added value service products. Our Contact Centre is open Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm for our customers to speak to us, that's right, no late evenings. Our Sales Advisors - Sales Executives work 37.5 hours per week between those hours and always know what they are working with fixed shifts and rolling rota patterns we have.
