What we do:We save money for the NHS.Collaborative Procurement Partnership delivers effective procurement solutions to source and supply surgical medical equipment and consumables.We are very proud to be part of the NHS Supply Chain family and the savings we generate directly benefit the patient.We ensure that the NHS can access the products it needs at the right time and at the right price - with everything robustly clinically tested so that quality is never compromised.Your New Role:As the Business Manager Support you will work closely with the Business Manager: Collecting data about overall company performance and analysing this against our business strategy.Supporting the development and maintenance of CPP’s business performance framework.Preparing data, reports and presentations for key meetings including Board and senior management meetings.Tracking and reporting key Tower processes related to the products we offer to the NHS including delisting items, clearing invoice queries and range management.Providing other administrative services to the Tower team including preparing minutes, updating our workplan, and undertaking basic records keeping about our people. You will also support collaboration between the Towers by maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and demonstrating our values to customers and stakeholders.What we need: Logical and smart thinker who is comfortable with managing large volumes of complex data.Expert in Excel including complex formulae, charts, graphs etc.Excellent attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.Educated to degree level in a business-related subject, or equivalent.Ability to work confidently under pressure and deal with competing deadlines.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Structured, pragmatic and used to working independently.Demonstrable stakeholder management skills.Experience in other Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint etc).Ideally experience or understanding of NHS Procurement, NHS Trusts and decision making.Willing to travel frequently - to other CPP offices and NHS Trusts if required The Rewards: Salary starting at c.£31,500 but with great opportunities for progression and career development.Salary Sacrifice car scheme – open to all employees.Workplace pension contributions.25 days holiday entitlement & 8 bank holidays.The opportunity to purchase additional holidays.Death in service benefit.Health cash benefit scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.Excellent opportunities for career development.A friendly, supportive, and energetic working environment.
