We are currently recruiting for a professional Customer Service Administrator to join our client's business in Warrington. To apply for the role you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail *Exceptional customer service skills *Must have experience of supporting customers over the phone *Supporting one of the sales team with their customer admin needs *Stock Management, ensuring orders are sent out on the same day * Making up required kits and keeping stock to a desired level * Booking orders onto the CRM system * Management of member of public cases - to ensure cases are robustly managed from cradle to grave *Sending out results and scanning onto the system *Administrative duties that include sending out hard copy reports *Arranging collections on behalf of sales as and when required *Management of post each day *Inbound call support *Live Web Chat IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year Hours are 8.30am / 5.30pm or 9.00am / 6.00pm - Must be flexible to work weekends, or a late shift til8pm on a rota when required (Please do not apply if this is something you cannot accommodate) Horizon recruitment are an equal opportunities employer and is acting as an employment agency in relation to this rolecalendar_today10 hours ago
