Community Integrated Care has the perfect opportunity for you! Our charity is recruiting for Advanced Support Workers for our new service in Kendal supporting with complex care needs. This is a new service, with a great team and a change of approach, and we are ready to welcome some amazing new people! A Fantastic Role An Advanced Support Worker is a role for a skilled and experienced support worker, who is looking to step up. We require someone to support a lady, inher own home. This will be a lone working role, providing 24 hour supportwhich includes a “sleep In”. Supporting the person with household tasks, shoppingand support for her to enjoy a social life and leisure pursuits isparamount. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, positive, caring ,kind , patient, who has a sense of humour and who likes quizzes. Because this is a specialist service, we are looking to train and develop a specialist team. The ideal candidate will have a Level Three in Social Care and a real passion for Support Work. We will give them high-quality trainingso they can be a big success in this role and build their career. Once you have completed your training, you will earn a starting pay-rate of £10.51 per hour. About You Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are caring, creative and committed to changing lives for the better. You will know how to connect with people and be motivated by helping people to live with independence and happiness. You will also have some key technical skills, including being able to use basic IT systems. Your experience means that you are comfortable in working with people who might have more complex support needs. You will be ready to take on this next step of your career, stepping up to enjoy more responsibility and a better salary. We will develop your talent with a range of specialist training.
