Part of your role will be to support the Workforce Development Team with administrative tasks and diary management. Our team portfolio includes staff health and wellbeing, reward and benefits, policy development, staff retention, talent management and workforce planning to name just a few areas which you will also have the opportunity to support Trust wide.The role is ideal for someone looking to start a career within the HR profession who can support the administrative tasks of the team and also has a passion for supporting the delivery and development in these areas of work. We would ask that you hold a relevant administration qualification.
