Missions :The Business Manager works in the sales and marketing directorate and in close relationship with customer and internally with regional teams (ASN/Nokia), bidding, product lines and design teams for upgrade business segment.Reporting to the Upgrade and product strategy director you will be responsible for commercial activities for worldwide customer operating and related to upgrade business.Your responsibilities are:Develop and maintain commercial relations with key customersDevelop these opportunities with ASN teamPosition ASN as key supplier for upgradeIdentify and develop key business opportunities.Maximize business and marginProvide key inputs (info, target) to internal team to drive commercial and technical propositionParticipate to commercial and technical strategyParticipate to product strategy and product positioning regarding customer profileParticipate and support the contract formingCommunicate to customer to promote the upgrade solutions and productsThis position is based in Greenwich.Frequent and short-term travel is to be expected.Requirements :Knowledge of submarine business and its stakeholdersKnowledge of webscale infrastructure needsKnowledge of optical network infrastructureExperience in sales and subsea upgradeKnowledge of submerged products and their applicationsCreative and comfortable to create aesthetic and graphic collateralVery good relationship and a sense of negotiation and diplomacy.
