Over 16,000 students choose to study at B&FC each year.The Position An opportunity has become available for a Administration Specialist & Business Partner to join our Student Administration department on a permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week. Summary of Responsibilities: The post holder will be working closely with both curriculum and service areas and is responsible for business partner relationships to ensure that Student Administration & Achievements operates effectively and is well organised to support the student journey from course booking and enrolment through to examination and award of qualification. Delivering activity relating to existing operations in Student Administration & Achievements and being responsible for championing change, supporting others to deliver a proactive approach to student-centred administrative support throughout the student journey. As an effective communicator, they will be required to liaise with a wide range of diverse stakeholders, influencing events and outcomes, creating a culture of continuous improvements. The post-holder will be required to work flexibly in line with the needs of the business, this will include the requirement to take annual leave outside of peak period demands. Although primarily based at one campus, the post-holder may be required to undertake these duties at any of B&FC's campuses or stakeholders premises.
