Foodspeed Ltd is a rapidly expanding foodservice company that supplies fresh dairy products to the Hotel, Restaurant and catering industry. We supply over 800 prestigious clients within London and the surrounding areas from our distribution centre in Hayes, Middlesex.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to provide a high level of customer service through accurate sales order processing, promotional and sale activity, complaint and query handling and all relevant administration, including collating and sorting of delivery notes and producing picking lists. The candidate should also be able to process and pursue new lead generation and to provide full administration support of our sales function, plus other related duties, including dealing with existing clients.
Key to this role is to ensure that all customer contact is handled professionally, courteously and efficiently, with the responsibility of being proactive.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate on a variety of levels, and comfortable working independently and efficiently and within time frames. They should have experience with all Office applications, be highly numerate and have a good confident telephone manner with an excellent command of English. Whilst training will be provided it would be helpful if you have had experience in a call centre, telesales or customer service environment.
