Our Community pain service in Enfield has been established since May 2019 we provide a multidisciplinary model of care to the patients of Enfield, referrals are received from local GP colleagues .We are pleased to advertise for a Band 7 physiotherapist with a special interest in pain . Our team of 11 includes 2 sessional consultant anaethetists1 8A clinical Psychologist,2 8A APP physiotherapists a sessional band 8A nurse specialist 1.6 band 7 physiotherapists and 1.7 band 7 clinical psychologists and a band 4 assistant.As a Band 7 you will have extensive experience and expertise in managing Patients with persistent and ongoing in return will receive support in the form of a well -structured supervision programme and access to internal and external trainingThe successful candidate will be based atchase Farm Hospital in Enfield .Enfield Community services forms part of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust.The post holder will be a member of the Enfield Community Pain Service. The team consists of Pain Consultants, APP in Pain Management, Psychologists and Clinical Nurse Specialists delivering pain assessments, individual treatment and Pain Management Programmes. The service sits within the wider MSK Physiotherapy service which meets the needs of the multi-cultural and diverse population of the London Borough of Enfield. . As a senior member of a committed team he/she will be responsible for providing an advanced standard of physiotherapy assessment and care to patients with complex/chronic pain presentations. The post holder will assist the MSK Manager/Pain Lead,contributing to the planning, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluation of the Community Pain and MSK Physiotherapy ServiceBEHMHT is a multiple award-winning, combined mental health (MH) and community Trust providing local, regional and national healthcare services. We are one of the largest employers in North London with over 3000 staff delivering a range of mental health and community services to a population of over one million. In Enfield, we provide a full range of child and adult community health services, which over the last few years has been integrating with its mental health services to provide better and more holistic care. BEH manages the renowned North London Forensic Services (NLFS) which delivers MH care across some of the prisons and provides MH services as HM Young Offenders Institutions in Aylesbury. We are rated as 'Outstanding' by the CQC.
