You will analyse current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.Provide leadership to the Contract Performance and Business Improvement team and direct line management for CI team and RESTART Observatory, including all MI and performance reporting as well as intelligence gathering, analysis and insight, consultants and /or analysts, providing guidance and support to team-members as required and ensuring appropriate professional development.Manage and resource the pipeline of work into and through the Performance Management and Business Improvement team; establishing and managing appropriate governance for accepting and prioritising new requests for the team’s support; allocating team-members to activities based on skillset and experience; and re-prioritising where required.Lead and develop the team’s approach to all MI and reporting, intelligence gathering, data analysis and development of insight relating to intervention impact, outcomes and overcoming barriers to employment.Work closely with Contract Operations team and leadership to identify opportunities for change, efficiency and improved effectiveness as well as its various types of intervention (major reviews, business analysis and support on strategic projects, rapid improvement reviews, and building continuous improvement capability); to provide guidance and support on how to deliver on these; and to ensure there is a clear and agreed terms of reference for each of the team’s interventions.Actively participate in the Performance management and CI community of practice.What we’re looking for:Educated to degree level in business administration, process management, or operations.Experience in data and behaviour analysis focused on driving performance improvementExperience in process optimization, operational management of DWP contracts, or business managementGreat at identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.A really strategic and analytical mindset.Excellent communicator with polished presentation skills.Thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Leadership, facilitation and mentoring skills.About Capita Health and Welfare:Capita Health & Welfare employs a diverse range of people, taking in health professionals, enquiry centre agents and operations staff.
