This role is working in our single sponsor outsourced function dedicated to our key pharmaceutical client. With a fantastic work/life balance and reduced travel, this is a great opportunity for experienced CRA's! ROLE DETAILS Working with a single-sponsor in a direct partnership and a sponsor with a good cultureAllocated to 1-2 protocols (likely to be in the areas of Oncology, Neurology, Immunology and/or Diabetes)Responsible for approx. 10 sites to each CRA/SCRA (in total, not per protocol)On site between 6 and 9 days per month, dependant on the sponsorAll CRAs and SCRAs are allocated a dedicated IQVIA Line ManagerPermanent employment contractFantastic work/life balance - flexi working with 10 am to 4 pm being core office hoursSponsor model has reduced travel (approx. 30% or less) due to using ‘Fit for Purpose Monitoring’ which incorporates remote monitoring therefore there is less need for on-site visitsRESPONSIBILITIESSite management and monitoring activities across the UKWork with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment planProvide protocol and study training to the assigned sitesCreate and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plansIf appropriate, co-monitor, train and mentor junior members of the team REQUIREMENTS You should be Life Science degree educatedYou will have at least 3 years of independent on-site monitoring experienceYou will have experience in handling multiple protocols across a variety of drug indications with good time management skillsYou will have in depth GCP knowledgeYou will be flexible with the ability to travel nationwideYou will hold a full UK and clean driving licenceStrong communication, written and presentation skills are a must (must have fluency in English language)WHAT WE OFFERExcellent salary and benefits packageCar allowanceFlexible working hours in a home-based roleAs a CRA, you will receive a company iPad and have use of key developments such as site visit apps, visit reporting apps which allow CRAs to do their day to day job more efficiently!We invest in keeping our teams stable, so workload is consistentWe offer genuine career development opportunities for those who want to grow as part of the organisationWe give the chance to work on cutting edge medicines, right at the forefront of new medicine developmentWith the merger between Quintiles and IMS Health, we now have access to significant data pools allowing better site selection and recruitment.
