About the role
At Surrey we are always keen to hear from Residential Workers who are looking for an opportunity that will allow them to help make a real difference to children we support. We also want people who are committed to developing their own professional skills and ability. This is supported by a variety of training opportunities including safeguarding, communication and the ability to complete Children's level 3 diploma.
Our residential homes for children up to 18 years are inspected regularly by OFSTED and most have been judged as either 'Good' or 'Outstanding' or are working towards it. We are very proud of the quality of our residential services for children in Surrey. As a result we have invested in our homes and staff and plan to continue this, in order to achieve a service that is ambitious, innovative and responsive to the needs of young people in our care.
