Description:Base Management has been identified as one of the essential enablers of TalkTalk's growth and we’re seeking to grow our customer base. You’ll develop strategies for maximising revenue and utilisation of TalkTalk products and services. You’ll nurture and loyalty programmes, end of contract notifications, annual best tariff notifications, product up-sell campaigns, race to full fibre / ethernet. You’ll also lead a team to deliver objectives. You’ll lead customer contact strategy, developing activities for customer value growth, customer satisfaction, customer retention and uptake of new products and services from the existing customer base. You’ll coordinate across data science, insights, trading and customer marketing to develop and deliver the base management plan. Key KPIs are contract to contract enrichment, churn rate, lifetime value, cross-sell and VAS penetration. About you You’ll have previous experience of base management/commercial management. You will have also developed and worked with scenario models/financial models. You’ll have regularly presented to senior stakeholders, built and presented business cases, you’ll have the tenacity, resilience and influencing skills and have good business acumen and self-awareness Ideally, you’ll have degree level education in a relevant subject, previous people management experience and knowledge of the UK telco market. You’ll have an understanding of broadband technologies, experience of commercial marketing and experience of customer base marketing. You’ll also have reported on performance outcomes.
