Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with our client based in Derbyshire who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their HR Team helping to providie effective and timely administrative support.
The successful candidate who will be focused on people and driving overall performance. You must be confident collaborating with all levels including management and have detailed stakeholder management experience. This post requires someone with a real drive to understand requirements and deliver appropriate actions and support.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process new starters and leavers, including all paperwork and correspondence
- Drafting employment contracts
- Updating and maintaining company HR systems and filing systems in accordance with procedures
- Responding to any first line queries
- Maintaining employee trackers and liasing closely with payroll to ensure accuracy
- Co-ordinate and deliver the HR Induction to all new starters
- Scan appropriate documentation into database
- Gather and record qualitative and quantitative data for analysis
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders where necessary
Requirements:
- Generalist HR experience is essential
- CIPD Qualified or working towards qualification
- Ability to put practical knowledge of employment law into practise
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and reschedule according to business needs
- Strong time management with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar
