We are looking to recruit a Senior Learning & Development Consultant on an interim basis. This person will help us to define our organisation's Business Partnering capability framework, relevant across different professional areas (eg HR, finance, Technology, Procurement) Knowledge, Skills and Experience * You will ideally have worked for a Local Authority (or public sector organisation) or can demonstrate a good understanding of local government organisations and context. * Alongside this you will have experience in researching across different teams and presenting complex information in a simple, straightforward way, enabling our senior leaders to make decisions. With sound knowledge of how to design and implement capability models (including skills, behaviors and mindsets) * You will need to demonstrate evidence of supporting the development of capabilities across distributed teams in complex organisations (so not just for a single team or service) * We will expect you to have experience working with external professional bodies and professional frameworks (for example HR, Technology, Finance).
