The Reports Business Analyst (RBA) will serve as a liaison between the Client, Operations and Development teams to ensure the reporting solution is well-defined, meets the documented and agreed upon business requirements, and ensures proper implementation of the requested system changes in the areas related to financial transaction processing including, but not limited to operational metrics, key performance indicators, and financial reconciliation.
The successful applicant will gather, define and communicate business requirements for approved reporting system changes as well as dashboards and ad-hoc reports. The RBA provides the analysis necessary for the successful delivery and deployment of the reporting system changes, and depending on the changes required, may be directly involved in implementing the reporting system changes.
