Your new role
Flexibility to work in the East and West Midlands with some travel required
As a Compliance Lead you will be required to work with our consultants, administrative teams and Directors to ensure we manage our growing business in line with compliance processes. Utilising your compliance experience, you will manage the interaction with staff at all levels, communicating regulatory change, process improvement and business processes. Due to the high-performance culture at Hays, you will be required to manage a fast moving, large scale compliance operation across the Midlands, working with Regional Auditors and liaising with Directors to support our compliance risk management strategy.

You will be a determined and tenacious individual who enjoys interaction with all levels of staff from senior leaders to new colleagues alike. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to deal credibly with your client base an no day will be the same. You will be comfortable setting your own agenda and together with the support of management, you will prioritise key tasks that require your attention and support.
