A global drinks wholesaler, with a footprint across all continents worldwide are looking for an HR Manager to join its existing team in the global function. Having recently gone through a restructure the business is now focusing on its owned and operated markets which has meant an opportunity to work across travel retail has arisen. This newly created role will be working closely with the HR Director to design and deliver the HR strategy across your business unit.
Whilst the HR Manager role is a generalist role, there are some exciting projects that will also focus the attention of the successful candidate. The projects you will oversee will include building the HR infrastructure across the global estate, recruitment across global markets and delivering robust capability and succession plans for the team. Coming from a consumer led background, you will have the ability to deal with multiple priorities at any given time, whilst being able to build excellent working partnerships with your stakeholders. You’ll have gained some exposure into international markets and will have an understanding of how to work across numerous international markets.
In return the business is offering a basic salary of up to £55,000 with an achievable bonus which is paid out annually. Initially the role will be home based, once the workforce returns to the office you’ll only be expected to work one or two days in the office with the rest from home.
