What you will do:

  • Check calculations and processes completing all task in line with current work procedures
  • Support and coach junior members of the team
  • Process all work in accordance with protocols in order to meet service levels
  • Authorise scheme records and events
  • Participate in team meetings and promote good team communication
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, members and third parties

    • What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent numeracy skills- competent with numbers and data analysis
  • Demonstrable experience working in pension administration
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and client relationship skills
  • Experience supporting and mentoring team members
  • Competent with Excel and other MS Office applications
  • A proven record of accuracy, attention to detail along with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
