CGL is a health and social care charity, working with individual’s, families and communities affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti social behaviour across the borough.
We are seeking to recruit a Recovery Coordinator (permanent). The post holder will be committed to taking a positive, holistic and empowering approach to case management and co-ordination. They will work with service users to initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence, to enable service users to build their own recovery capital and to support them to move into long-term sustained recovery and social reintegration. They will achieve this by delivering appropriate personalised interventions at all stages of treatment and by working effectively with a range of local agencies and support providers.
