9 Months Contract - Order Fulfilment Planner / Admin
A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company in the St Neots Area - contract position.
You will be helping the order fulfilment team with their general admin and customer service duties and help to makr sure things run smoothly.

Other duites include:

Manage a variety of orders to make sure the business supplies customer orders efficiently.
Work closely with the Department Lead to organise resolution of any disruption and implement corrective actions accordingly.
Make sure that purchase orders are confirmed with the suppliers within the agreed time frame.
Managing inventory levels across warehouses.
Liaising with Customer Service to ensure accurate information is passed to customers on a daily basis. (ie: notification of early Shipments and delayed goods)
Expedite supplies as and when required.
Delivery Performance reviews and KPI’s are performed and improved where required.
Use of multiple ERP systems within group.

NEEDED:

Previous experience within Production Planning or Manufacturing
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Organised, detail oriented, methodical and with strong analytical skills.
Customer-focused and adaptable in a fast-moving environment with frequent priority/demand changes.
Excellent IT skills, ideally with a good understanding of MRP system and advanced excel.
