As a Customer Success professional at Acoustic, you’ll become an integral part of our mission to create the future of customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll be equipped with some of the best customer relationship management tools available on the market to identify customer insights that will help you drive value and a high renewal rate.
Further, you will work closely with cross functional teams as you create successful customer expansion plans to grow revenue in existing accounts.

What You'll Do
• A passion for customer service and relationship building. Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, results-driven work environment.
• 3+ yrs experience in customer success, consulting, marketing, and/or sales role preferably eith within a fast paced SaaS environment or Digital marketing focused role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A great Acoustic "fit" - customer and team-focused; delivery-oriented; high energy; and values honesty and integrity.
