Looking to make that move into a Recruitment software training role?Our client is one of the UK’s largest software companies, with over 30 years of proven expertise in delivering improved outcomes for public services around the world. * ‘Investors in People’ – Gold: * Financial Times - Diversity Leader 2020: * Top rated employer – Glassdoor: * Societal Impact: Our client’s solutions impact positive societal change, supporting local Authorities, Schools, Police forces, the NHS and numerous Central Government offices.The role – Software TrainerWe are recruiting for a Software Trainer who will have the opportunity to manage the implementation of new clients including training on the software both virtually and face to face.This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and passionate individual who may currently be within a Software Support Analyst role or similar and looking to progress within Software training and Project Management.Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Act as the main point of contact to the clients Project lead throughout the implementation and holding regular calls with them to make sure everything is on target * Manage the setup of the system including employer settings and creation of templates * Run a process mapping workshop with the client to allow them to fully understand the system and project * Provide full system training to the main users in recruitment to ensure they are capable of managing the system * Run client review meetings ensuring that the customer is happy with the system and is getting full use of the functionality offered, identifying any issues or training requirementsRequired Skills and Experience: * Experience of providing systems support/training * Hold a full UK driving license * Flexible and able to travel to client sites as and when required (when we can) * Strong problem management and communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimum supervision * Presentation/ Delivery skillsOur client is a Diversity Leader, ranked as one of the top European companies for workplace diversity and equality - Financial Times 2021
