We’re looking for a Director, Global Brand Strategy to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Global Brand Strategy team, you will oversee the planning and execution of experiential marketing activations as well as bringing the Snap brand to life in various executions. You’ll collaborate with a wide-array of internal teams as well as external vendors to produce client-facing events, projects and experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of global brand strategists to design and execute activations across all international markets
  • Implement scalable programs and best practices across diverse teams to enhance and improve our collaboration
  • Work with the Head of Global Brand Strategy to conceptualize and execute Snap’s signature brand experiences, the company’s presence at industry-wide events, as well as communicate Snap’s culture and values through internal, recruiting and DEI events
  • Identify opportunities for Snap’s brand to come to life in partnership with consumers, brands and partners
  • Coordinate and operationalize complex projects
  • Communicate to executive teams and the broader company
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience building executive relationships and driving/influencing change
  • Outstanding project management, execution and business acumen
  • Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strategy documents and presentation decks
  • Experience in strategic planning, building out processes, and managing ambiguity
  • Strong background in growing global teams and businesses across multiple markets
  • Strong roster of global agency relationships
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience of brand strategy or event planning
  • 6+ years experience managing teams
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree
  • Experience in the creative, tech or media industries
  • Passion for creativity, innovation and thinking outside the box
