The Aspire training team are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to complete their Level 2 diploma in Childcare during a 15-month apprenticeship with Blossoms Child Care Nature Nursery.

Blossoms Childcare Nature nursery is a new nursery in a small and friendly setting. They cater to all children from birth to 4 years old. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps towards a career in childcare, working in a new fantastic childcare setting where they can grow and learn. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects as blossoms have a small team where everyone gets involved in everything including getting involved with the outdoors in all weathers.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have good communication and be a great team player, working with the rest of the team to provide the best possible care.

You will also need to be reliable, punctual and flexible to work shifts around the nursery’s opening times of 8 am to 6:00pm. You must be able to gain a clear DBS, and have GCSE grades A*-C in Maths and English Language (or equivalent i.e. functional skills). If you do not have these grades you must be willing to work towards them as in the event you would like to progress onto a Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship these are required upon completion of Level 3.
