Responsibilities:
*Identify and engage with high performing Digital Talent using CV databases and LinkedIn, using Boolean search methods
*Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates
*Maintain regular contact with candidates to check their availability for work, their requirements, and to answer any initial questions they may have about DTS roles
*Manage and respond to all advert responses - job boards and LinkedIn
*Build a diverse pipeline of Digital candidates using creative sourcing channels
*Proactively identify opportunities to improve our approach and drive meaningful change
*Prep candidates for interviews
*Guide candidates through the end to end recruitment process inc. onboarding
*Deliver a first-class candidate experience
*Support wider recruitment team with ad hoc admin duties as and when required
Essential Skills
*Able to use advanced Boolean searching
*Confident in searching job boards and LinkedIn for passive and active candidates
*Previous experience using ATS'
*Strong knowledge of recruiting in the Digital skills market - Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Java Developers, QAs, Architects
*Confident Communicator
*Ability to work at pace and with urgency within in an Agile environment
*Ideally experience of recruiting within the Public Sector (although not essential)
*Ideally an understanding of Civil Service Recruitment Principles (although not essential)
*Happy with either agency of in-house experience
*Must be comfortable with recruitment admin work as and when required
