This role is based within a locality fieldwork team who produce a high throughput of quality social work interventions inclusive of:
Candidates will need to have experience of inter-agency and work with our partners, as well as focused solution focused, embracing person and community centred practice with adults from a variety of service user groups. There will be the opportunity to utilise your wide breadth of experience with different service users and in a variety of contexts. Candidates for this Level 2 Social Worker role will need to evidence professional qualifications & CPD, career experience, knowledge and skills at a level appropriate for an ‘Experienced Social Worker’ under the Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF).
