A high end investment shop dedicated to the real estate debt market.They are seeking an experienced individual to add new lines of business and ultimately add value to their debt book and complement their existing origination team.

About the Role

  • Orginating new business/ loans with a particular focus on mezz
  • Leading pitches and providing strategic approaches to construct high yield returns
  • Document, transact and execute loans
  • Manage team of analysts to promote a cohesive investment strategy
  • Manage internal meetings and take lead on high profile instructions
  • Detailed financial knowledge across all operational assets including dev finance a
  • Manage clients

    • About You

  • Excellent academic record.
  • 7- 10 years relevant industry experience at a sell-side or buy-side firm
  • Track record of originating new business and creating debt book
  • Experience of real estate finance and transactions
  • Experience of financial modelling
  • Experience of creating a cohesive strategy based around solid real estate principles
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Highly driven self starter
