Your new company
We are recruiting for a leading international bank based in London. They have a very mature procurement and vendor risk team and as such they are looking for a support person on a temporary basis for 6 months (possibly longer). This organisation is a leader in their field, and you would be supporting a truly international team of about 40 key decision makers.
Your new role
As the Project Support for the Supply Chain Vendor Risk team, you will be responsible for running risk activities across vendors, arrange team meetings, and link all information between different managers across the team. You will proactively manage the flow of information across the Supply Chain Team. You will also work on improvement plans across the team, assessing where the opportunities lie across the team. You will manage workflow across new starters versus people leaving the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly organised individual and have the right level of gravitas in order to push back with some managers. If you have exposure to and knowledge of supplier risk in a previous role this would be beneficial here. We are looking for someone who can start in mid-April to ensure a handover with the lady going on maternity leave in May.
