This is a critical role within the INVISTA Nylon Specialties business, managing the customer base and product marketing throughout the EMEA region. This is a specialties amine business that has a variety of application and value propositions in various markets.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Develop strategic relationships with key customers in the EMEA region. Understand their business and key value propositions our product provide, and identify offerings to solve unmet needs and create long term value by making INVISTA their preferred partner.
Partner with other INVISTA supply chain and customer experience team to ensure successful order to cash delivery of our products and services.
Own the commercial contracts between INVISTA and our customers. Ensure all obligations are met from both parties and evaluate and recommend action on INVISTA contract options.
Work closely with global business team to understand market trends and develop POV on pricing in various market segments by region.
Remain closely connected with market dynamics and provide accurate volume forecasts to the supply chain team.
Develop and respond to leads for new opportunities with new and existing customers, share learning with global team, and help understand growth potential in various markets and regions.
Transform the way we do business and seek out new ways to innovate offerings to our customers.
The Experience You Will Bring
Technical background (education in Science or Engineering).
Experience in roles that require some commercial facing experience (i.e., inside sales, external sales, account management, sourcing).
Fluent in English (written and oral).
Ability to travel (approx. 30%).
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships in a way that creates mutual benefit with key customers and partners.
Economic and critical thinking skills.
