Hays are excited to be working exclusively with a market-leading construction company whose Head Office is situated in Doncaster.
Your new role
For the successful candidate, your role will start by processing large volumes of purchase ledger invoices onto SAGE. You will reconcile statements and credit cards as well as answer any queries concerning orders and invoices. Also, you will have responsibility for processing weekly timesheets and ensuring any errors or anomalies are answered. This will lead further to assisting the Finance Manager with HR duties and month-end reporting. Once you are established within the role, the scope for progression is available for the right person.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, the client is looking for someone who has knowledge working within the construction industry, processing subcontractor payments, but this is not essential. You will have experience working in an office environment and using SAGE 50 Accounts Software. Have a great eye for detail but also be able to work well in fast-paced, high intense environments.
