Baird and Co Recruitment, a specialist Social Housing recruitment firm, are currently working in partnership with a Telford business looking for a Community Stakeholder Housing Manager on a two-year fixed term contract. Starting asap, working flexibly for 38 hours per week, this is a brand-new Community Stakeholder Housing Manager role, becoming responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of a new neighbourhood development. Working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, the Community Stakeholder Housing Manager will be expected to deliver excellent services that meet the needs of the local community. The Community Stakeholder Housing Manager will be expected to: * Deliver against strategic objectives across a number of key areas * Ensure everyone involved with housing development projects is updated continually throughout the process * Support the local community through engagement initiatives * Continually deliver against multi-agency partnership SLAs * Ensure all stakeholders involved with the development of new homes, shops, schools and amenities are engaged and notified throughout the whole process * Deliver a continually high level of collaborative working practice In order to apply for Community Stakeholder Housing Manager, the below is essential: * Extensive stakeholder management experience across a large project * Knowledge of either housing, town planning, town management or multiple partnership management across a large area * Knowledge of local authority processes * Experience with structural politics in local government If interested, want to discuss role similar to a Community Stakeholder Housing Manager or are looking at other Social Housing positions, please get in touch with Matt Baird at
