Greenacre Recruitment are working in partnership with a social housing provider in the Berkshire area to find a Voids Technical Officer on a permanent basis.This role is a full-time 37 hours pw, permanent role, paying £30,000pa plus a company carJob BriefYou will be assisting the voids manager in co-ordinating the repairs process from notification of tenancy end dates through to handover to the lettings team of void properties. Ensuring that all health and safety and contractual obligations are adhered to within target timescales and budgets.We want you to be a self-starter who will work with colleagues across the business to assist in overseeing the project management of all contractual and technical/quality matters relating to the void repairs, empty properties, mutual exchange and management transfers relating to housing stock
