An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our client. This is a part time role for a Sales Administrator, based in the Long Eaton area. The company is diversifying into new markets and is recruiting for a part time role to support this. Duties - * Processing customer orders which may be received through e-mail/phone call/fax * Accurately inputting the order details on to the sales system * Answering customer enquiries with regards to order progress * Liaison with production to ascertain order updates/progress * Contacting customers to confirm requirements * Answering the telephone and fielding call to relevant personnel What we are looking for - * Previous sales administration experience * Competent in using ERP systems/ Microsoft Packages – Word/Outlook/Excel * Excellent telephone manner and communication skills * Previous experience of working in a manufacturing business would be preferable What's in it for you - * Part time role - working 20 hours per week (over 5 days) * Pay rate £12.50 per hour * Temporary to permanent role
