Engineering Transformation Manager – Industry 4.0
In this new and exciting role you will develop, plan and drive through innovative and core industry 4.0 technology solutions to transform our Industrial and supply chain performance. You will lead industry 4.0 activities to deliver the Industry 4.0 road map from strategy articulation and process design to technology enablement. Partnering with a number of stakeholders you’ll simplify the complex; remove waste, increase flexibility and agility whilst creating tangible value for our business.
We are building a UK Industrial Innovation Lab in Belfast and you will also have the opportunity to manage this lab, working closely with Project Managers to ensure project deliverables are fully achieved.
Your skills and experience:
In line with Thales' Baseline Security requirements, candidates will be asked to provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK and employment and/or education history for up to three years.
