Job Description: Clinical Lead – Psychologist – Home Based

Clinical Lead Psychologist – EAP/IAPT – Home Based £54,000 – £57,000 UK Monday – Friday – Full Time About Compass Associates are working with a well-established service that provides delivering care to over 20 million members across 125 countries. UK virtual care space last year and offers a range of services including psychological therapy and consultations, remote GP services, expert medical opinion, and nutrition consultations. The Candidate Our client is looking for someone who is HCPC registered. The successful candidate will need to have a positive attitude, be patient and organised. They are looking for a confident Clinical Lead (Psychologist) with experience in risk management, service development, ability to rapidly adapt, good communication and writing skills, good understanding of the challenges and strengths of remote mental health support (telephone and video-consultations). Responsibilities

Ability to be the primary point of contact on clinical and management issues for the EAP/IAPT service.

Ability to be the central point of escalation for the EAP/IAPT team and to provide team support, management, and supervision accordingly.

Ability to ensure service continuity and maintain EAP/IPAT and clinical service standards within clinical governance.

To effectively facilitate regular internal clinical supervision and team meetings.

Strong risk management experience, being the primary point of contact on clinical and management issues.

Work Pattern Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. 09:00 – 17:30 Location Home Based Salary The salary of up to £57,000. Benefits including 25 days annual leave with 8 Bank Holidays off, and pension!
