You will have the responsibility for the whole sales process through the distribution network and will work with the dealer network to support & develop every aspect of the sales process, from the lead generation to customer purchase & beyond. The Candidate Proven success in a sales team, particularly in dealer development. Excellent communicator, with the skills to challenge as well as lead from the front. Strong business focus with an understanding of wholesale & retail environments. Structured approach & system driven with strong IT skills. Experience of the Agricultural Equipment Industry is required for this role.
