M&S Café is opening a brand-new café in Sears Solihull, serving quality food and fantastic coffee in a warm and welcoming space.

We want our Customers to step in and feel M&S. As a Customer Assistant, you’ll work across our expert areas including ;

  • Kitchen Lead: Leading the food quality & consistency as well as owning the stock and production management of the kitchen.
  • Food Assembler: Process & build all customers food orders within our café kitchens.
  • Head Barista: Leading the drink quality & consistency as well as developing and coaching all local barista team.
  • Barista: Maintain the brand standards, efficiency and drink quality in store.
  • Café Team Member: Be the customer service face of the M&S Café brand, serving guests whilst keeping our cafes clean and tidy.
  • This role will is a part time role and will include weekend working. Typical shifts will over core days and include late night working
