Multi-Skilled Administrator Minley, Fleet (Hampshire) About the role Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Administrator to be responsible for supporting the daily operations including supporting the Technical Administrator, reception and post room services. Responsibilities include; * Meeting and greeting visitors notifying hosts of their arrival and direct/escort accordingly * Liaise with the Guardroom and MOD security staff for handover of keys and systems * Issue and control security classified keys, and issue appropriate personal security passes and car parking permits * Perform car parking checks * Plan morning and afternoon postal runs working on a rota, which will require driving to Aldershot This is an excellent opportunity within a supportive team, working in an extremely varied and busy role. What do I need to do the role? You will have a proven experience in an administration role, and of working within a busy customer focused organisation. You will also hold a valid full UK driving licence, and be willing to work 1 in 4 Sundays. What else do I need to know? Working hours are 37 per week Monday to Friday with a minimum of 1 in 4 Sundays from 16:00-19:00 paid at overtime. There will be some travel requirements involved to other sites.
