We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Referral and Data Coordinator to join our inspiring and friendly Essex Advocacy team. Your role will be a permanent position working full time, 35 hours per week based in the service.
As the Senior Referral and Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the referral and triage process for anyone contacting our Essex All Age Advocacy service. You will ensure we provide a high quality first response to clients and referrers contacting the service as well as co-ordinating the referral triage process working closely with the Contract Manager and Supervising Advocates.
