What will you be doing?
You will work within our cross-functional agile teams and be involved throughout the full development lifecycle from requirements elicitation to the delivery of high-quality solutions.
As a senior member of the team you will be involved in leading, coaching and mentoring developers. You will have a genuine interest in helping others develop which in return will help drive our goals as a business.
You will also lead the way on best practice and be looking to continually make improvements within the team. We are looking for you to be a champion in coding standards, sharing knowledge with peers and coming up with innovative ideas to support improvements in technologies.
We expect you to be on top of market trends, sharing knowledge and best practice not just across your squad but the wider team.
One of our biggest goals is to become a Global Centre of Excellence and not just to be recognised across Computershare globally, but also as Thought Leaders outside of our organisation.
What are we looking for?
You will be an experienced Developer with a demonstrable background working within an Agile/or DevOps environment. An SME in your field, particularly in .Net, C# and SQL languages, committed to the principles of software craftmanship and clean code.
We have already highlighted the importance of development throughout the advert, but you will also have a passion for mentoring and coaching.
You will be collaborative, innovative and solution driven and all the other buzz words you might think of. However, it is true this is what we need.
