Your new company

An exciting large profile organisation based in THE HAPPIEST CITY in the UK. They have undergone major digital change and transformation and are now in need of a seasoned, confident, reliable Business Change Analyst to work alongside their teams.
Your new role
As Business Change Analyst you will work closely alongside the Business Change Manager, project teams and key stakeholders throughout the organisation. You will support the provision of change management advice and undertake change management activities to enable the successful delivery of programmes and projects.
You will :-

Support the definition of the change strategy

Support the assessment of the change impact

Support the application of a structured change management methodology

Engage with stakeholders and provide support and coaching

What you'll need to succeed

Appreciate how people, projects and organisations go through change, and of the change process

Understand how to implement change management principles, methodologies and tools

Experience of delivering workshops and facilitating meetings

Experience of change management in the delivery of programmes and projects, with experience of technology implementations desired

Experience of working in complex and regulated industries desired Change management certification or designation required (Prosci, APMG, Lewin, Kotter)
